To make an application for a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:
- Take a clear photo of your face before using our product.
- Use our products exactly as instructed.
- Take a clear photo after using product. If the product is faulty, please take a short video showing the issue with the problem eg; lights do not work, not powering up etc.
- Contact us with the before and after photos or video, along with a photo of the used products within 30 days of receiving it.
- Product/s must have been purchased from papmerliciousbeautyandbody.com and proof of purchase must be included in your enquiry.
- Items must be returned to us for a refund to the value paid.
Once we agree to the return, we will provide you with a return label. Please send your item/s to the provided address within 7 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Your order may experience prolonged delays during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Any delay is out of our control but we will work hard to solve any tracking issues that may arise. We do not offer refund for delayed items and appreciate your understanding.
