If you are not 100% happy with the results from any full priced Pamperlicious Beauty and Body item you may return it by contacting us within 30 days from the date received to request a money back guarantee application. To make an application for a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:
- Take a clear photo of your face before using our product.
- Use our products exactly as instructed.
- Take a clear photo after using product. If the product is faulty, please take a short video showing the issue with the problem eg; lights do not work, not powering up etc.
- Contact us with the before and after photos or video, along with a photo of the used products within 30 days of receiving it.
- Product/s must have been purchased from papmerliciousbeautyandbody.com and proof of purchase must be included in your enquiry.
- Items must be returned to us for a refund to the value paid.
Once we agree to the return, we will provide you with a return label. Please send your item/s to the provided address within 7 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Your order may experience prolonged delays during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Any delay is out of our control but we will work hard to solve any tracking issues that may arise. We do not offer refund for delayed items and appreciate your understanding.

PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT CODES
Items purchased using a promotional discount code under 20% may be returned for a credit of the amount paid. Items purchased using a promotional discount code valued at 20% or greater are treated as SALE ITEMS.

FAULTY ITEMS
We do our best to thoroughly inspect all equipment and other products prior to shipping and aim to deliver items in perfect condition. In the rare event that a product has a fault when you receive your order, please contact us ASAP as detailed above. Our customer service team will be able to assist.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
