Suggested Use
Apply a generous amount of gel onto body, focusing on problem areas such as the thighs, tummy and upper arms. Gently massage vigorously for 15 minutes into skin using circular motions, until fully absorbed. Leave skin uncovered as wrapping may cause irritation. Wash hands thoroughly after application. Use for 7-10 days. To maintain results after the 7-10 day intensive treatment, use 3 or 4 times a month.
